This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial assessments and intake interviews to evaluate clients' mental health diagnoses and requirements.

• Create, execute, and sustain personalized treatment plans informed by clinical expertise and knowledge.

• Deliver individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy sessions.

• Employ various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives.

• Collaborate with an innovative team to provide comprehensive care.

• Complete ongoing documentation and ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential client records.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

• Comply with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

• Attend weekly staff meetings and one-on-one sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a license to practice in California.

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or an equivalent qualification.

• Credentialing with insurance payors is advantageous but not mandatory.

• The ability to bring clients along is a significant advantage, though not required.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or therapy, including the completion of treatment plans, diagnosing, and maintaining ongoing documentation.

• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and colleagues, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• High cultural competence and the ability to work with diverse client populations.

• Capability to manage confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant) is a plus.
