Licensed Nurse Practitioner – License & DEA Sponsorship for State Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Assist Holon Health in its efforts to expand into new markets.

• Enable Holon Health to leverage the active Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration in Montana for the purpose of credentialing and payer enrollment.

• Engage in activities related to credentialing, payer enrollment, and onboarding providers.

• Finalize and sign the necessary enrollment and credentialing documentation for various payer organizations, including commercial and Medicaid.

• Address inquiries regarding licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements.

• Inform Holon Health about any changes to licensure, DEA status, disciplinary actions, or eligibility for credentialing.

• Take part in occasional meetings with teams focused on credentialing, compliance, or leadership.

• Assist in meeting regulatory requirements necessary to launch services in Montana.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Montana.

• Must have an active DEA registration in Montana.

• Must be eligible for enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

• No existing sanctions, exclusions, or restrictions that could affect credentialing or payer enrollment.

• Ability to provide credentialing documentation promptly.

• Previous experience in payer credentialing and enrollment processes is preferred.

• Background in behavioral health, addiction medicine, psychiatry, primary care, or integrated care settings is preferred.

• Additional state licenses are preferred.

• Interest in potential future clinical or consulting roles with Holon Health is preferred.
