Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator / Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with homebuyers, real estate agents, referral partners, and financial professionals.

• Assist clients throughout the mortgage loan journey from application to closing.

• Evaluate borrower financial and credit information to suggest suitable loan products.

• Create self-generated business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

• Ensure adherence to all federal and state lending regulations.

• Deliver an outstanding client experience through proactive communication and a consultative approach.

• Establish long-term referral relationships to build a sustainable business pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active NMLS license is mandatory!

• Annual production target of $7M-$10M.

• Previous experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or sales is preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple clients and deadlines.

• Familiarity with conventional, FHA, VA, and non-QM loan products is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and a customer service focus.
