This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with homebuyers, Realtors, builders, financial advisors, and referral partners.

• Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage process from application to closing.

• Evaluate financial data and provide suitable loan recommendations.

• Create and oversee a steady stream of referrals through networking and relationship-building efforts.

• Provide outstanding customer service during the entire lending journey.

• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and company lending regulations.

• Develop a sustainable client base through exceptional client experiences and referral networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid NMLS License is mandatory.

• Current annual mortgage production should be between $7M and $10M.

• Prior experience in mortgage lending is essential.

• Strong familiarity with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products is preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities are required.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management are necessary.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote work setting.
