Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Pennsylvania

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual environment.

• Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2 roles.

• Part-Time: Minimum of 12 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week with required availability during evenings.

• Full-time Admissions & Assessment team available to assist clinicians in delivering outstanding care.

• Engage in case discussions to utilize the expertise of colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• MUST POSSESS AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSE IN PENNSYLVANIA.

• Accepted Licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC-A, LAMFT.

• Proficient and confident in integrating various therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus).

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults.

• Enthusiastic and skilled in delivering group services.

• Collaborative, innovative, and engaging in virtual meetings.

• Available during evenings to accommodate client needs.

• Dedicated to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines are encouraged to apply).

• Master's degree in mental health or a related field.

• Experience with youth and young adults is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software is essential.
