Licensed Mental Health Therapist – LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.

• Assess and treat mental health disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and situations.

• Conduct regular meetings with patients to provide counseling, treatment, and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.

• Engage and offer guidance to family members when suitable.

• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.

• Valid and unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (specific to the office location). Candidates without an active license will not be considered. We are not currently hiring associate/intern level therapists.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services.

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous, although not mandatory.

• Must maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Capability to guide, direct, or influence individuals.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Competent in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and their families.

• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR): Must have proven experience in efficiently using electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.

• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with expertise in various software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and address common issues.
