This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with patients
• Assess and treat mental health conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and situations of each patient
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling and support
• Modify treatment plans as required
• Carry out continuous evaluations of patient progress
• Engage and provide guidance to family members when deemed appropriate
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within the surrounding communities
• Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on office location
• A valid, active clinical license is mandatory; applications without one will not be accepted
• Not hiring associate/intern level therapists
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after achieving full licensure
• Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Proven experience in managing patient data, documenting clinical information, and retrieving patient histories
• Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Capability to adapt to new technologies and resolve common technical issues
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, though not mandatory
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in establishing and nurturing effective working relationships with clients and their families
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member
