Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Provide compassionate and high-quality mental health care remotely.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions.

• Create effective treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Achieve 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Serve patients across various age groups.

• Potential to acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home space ensuring privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Currently fully/independently licensed in a state.

• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses as necessary.
