This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Identify and address mental health disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Meet with patients consistently to deliver counseling and treatment.
• Modify treatment plans as required.
• Perform continuous assessments of patient progress.
• Include and counsel family members when suitable.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives in local communities.
• Oversee patient information, record clinical details, and access patient histories through EHR systems.
• Work collaboratively within supportive clinical teams and consult with clinical leaders.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after full licensure.
• Master’s Level Degree or higher in relevant fields (Required).
• A valid, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license is mandatory; applicants without a valid, active license will not be considered.
• We are not hiring associate/intern level therapists.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification during employment.
• Proven experience with electronic health record systems.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are an advantage, though not required.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to guide, direct, or influence others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with clients and families.
