This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and address mental health disorders.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and situations.
• Meet with patients consistently to provide counseling and treatment, modifying plans as needed.
• Conduct continuous evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and counsel family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives in nearby communities.
• Work in collaboration with clinical teams and seek clinical consultation and support.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher in relevant fields (Required).
• A valid, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on the office location; applications from those without a current, active license will not be considered.
• We are not hiring associate or intern-level therapists.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout the duration of employment.
• Proven experience with electronic health record systems; familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not mandatory.
• W-2 position with medical, dental, and vision coverage effective on the first of the month following employment.
