This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver individual and/or group therapy utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Perform thorough clinical evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.
• Oversee a designated patient caseload and take responsibility for ongoing treatment strategies.
• Keep precise and timely clinical records in the electronic medical system, ensuring documentation is finalized within 48 hours.
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically necessary.
• Offer empathetic, patient-focused care via a telehealth platform.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals through case discussions and team meetings.
• Remain updated with research, clinical practices, and advancements in women's mental health.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards across all facets of patient care.
• Hold an active and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC in good standing.
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering psychotherapy or clinical mental health services.
• Experience in providing outpatient therapy is essential.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Strongly preferred experience in women's mental health, especially in perinatal, postpartum, reproductive, or transitional mental health.
• Demonstrated strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable delivering care independently in a remote/telehealth context.
• Preference for proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems.
• Strong dedication to providing patient-centered, compassionate, and culturally informed care.
• Training or experience in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.
• Previous experience in telehealth settings.
• Specialized training or ongoing education in women’s mental health.
• Experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum mental health issues, or other women's mental health disorders.
• Fully remote telehealth opportunity.
