Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual environment.

• Positions offered as either part-time or full-time W-2 roles.

• Part-Time: Minimum of 12 hours/week with flexible scheduling options.

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week; evening availability is required.

• All clinicians engage in case discussions, enabling you to utilize the expertise of colleagues to enhance your skills and insights.

• With a cap of 8 clients per group, we provide you the chance to forge strong connections with clients and conduct in-depth work to foster sustainable healing.

⛳️ Requirements

• MUST POSSESS AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSE IN LOUISIANA.

• Accepted Licenses: LMSW, PLPC, PLMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT.

• Proficient and confident in integrating various modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification is a plus).

• Experienced in working with teenagers and young adults.

• Enthusiastic and skilled in providing group services.

• Collaborative, creative, and engaging in video interactions.

• Available during evenings to accommodate client needs.

• Dedicated to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis.

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.

• Experience with youth/young adults is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
