This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and address mental health issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and situations.
• Regularly meet with patients to offer counseling, treatment, and modify plans as needed.
• Conduct continuous evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and inform family members when suitable.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives in neighboring communities.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.
• A full, unencumbered license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist (dependent on office location). Applications without a valid, active license will not be accepted. We are not hiring associate/intern level therapists at this time.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout your employment with our agency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Skill in guiding, directing, or influencing individuals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR): Must have proven experience in efficiently using electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical details, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with expertise in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
• W-2 position with medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first of the month following employment.
