Licensed Loan Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist and guide clients throughout the intake process until their loan closing is complete.

• Verify that all initial application information and documents are accurate and complete prior to submission to Processing.

• Serve as the main point of contact and establish clear expectations for clients regarding timelines and requirements.

• Ensure prompt delivery of initial loan disclosures while complying with all regulatory standards.

• Work independently on standard files and seek assistance from Team Leads when necessary for scenario inquiries or guideline interpretation.

• Guarantee that all loans are originated in full accordance with federal and state regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mortgage Loan Originator License.

• Over 4 years of experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.

• Comprehensive understanding of state and federal lending regulations.

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in customer service and interpersonal best practices.
