Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Closing Sales: Engaging with warm leads, providing quotes from various carriers, and securing policies for auto, home, renters, and pet insurance.

• Customer Guidance: Assisting clients in comprehending their coverage options and ensuring they are genuinely protected rather than merely receiving the lowest price.

• AI Partnership: Collaborating with our AI agents by offering feedback to enhance their performance and intervening when human insight is crucial.

• Business Development: Expanding and maintaining your client portfolio through renewals, cross-selling, and fostering authentic customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid P&C license (or the capability to obtain one within 30 days).

• Demonstrated success in insurance sales or high-volume phone sales.

• A genuine concern for providing clients with the correct coverage rather than solely the most affordable option.

• While coding skills are not necessary, comfort with new tools and AI-supported processes is essential.

• A desire to be part of an early-stage company poised to transform an entire industry.

• Experience in multiple lines (auto + home/renters), knowledge of comparative raters, or a background in insurtech (Nice to Have).
