Licensed Insurance Agent, Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage all facets of client accounts, including adjustments to policies, cancellations, updates, payments, and more.

• Review accounts for coverage modifications and introduce new coverages tailored to the client’s requirements.

• Ensure client retention for the agency and overall client satisfaction by facilitating the transfer of existing clients to sales when necessary.

• Prepare all essential documentation, including but not limited to applications, change requests, and proper disclosures.

• Build strong relationships with both clients and carriers.

• Respond to incoming calls and emails.

• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.

• Document all interactions with clients and carrier personnel, as well as completed tasks and received documents in the AMS360 management system.

• Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Conduct account rounding by cross-selling additional lines of business.

• Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a customer service representative.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail along with time management and decision-making capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume work environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Possession of a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.

• Technically adept.

• Experience with AMS 360 or similar software.

• Bilingual in Spanish.
