Licensed Independent Social Worker – LISW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists.

• Provide oversight as they offer telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Assist associates in accumulating the clinical hours necessary for their full licensure.

• Contribute to fostering a supportive and collaborative culture within the practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Social Work.

• A valid LISW license in good standing in the state of Ohio.

• Board approval to act as a clinical supervisor.

• A proven history of guiding associates to achieve full licensure.

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
