Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – LICSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Recruit skilled Licensed Supervisors who are eager to manage the clinical activities of Associate Therapists.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to developing therapists through supervision.

• Assist associate therapists in delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community while helping them accumulate clinical hours needed for full licensure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work.

• A valid LICSW license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.

• Board authorization to act as a clinical supervisor.

• A demonstrated history of mentoring associates to achieve full licensure.

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid regulations.

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for secure virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
