Licensed Health Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Responding to incoming calls to assist individuals in understanding their coverage options and choosing the appropriate products and services.

• Conducting outbound calls to follow up with clients.

• Exhibiting empathy while helping individuals.

• Cultivating customer relationships to gain their trust and loyalty.

• Supporting the application process for Medicare considerations by answering related policy questions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in your state of residence.

• Minimum of one year of prior sales experience, preferably in insurance sales for those under 65.

• Ensure compliant enrollment into the suitable medical plan.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Proficient with desktop computer systems.

• Must be capable of typing at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
