Licensed Health Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound communications with current Medicare members, concentrating on retention, education, and resolving issues.

• Assist members in understanding their coverage options and next steps without employing high-pressure techniques.

• Achieve performance targets related to call quality, member interaction, retention metrics, and adherence to schedules.

• Maintain up-to-date communication with your supervisor and team members.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health or Health & Life license.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Medicare.

• Proficient in navigating various software systems.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on service.

• Availability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

• Home office setup that complies with remote work standards.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology.
