This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver individual DBT sessions, multifamily skills groups, and parenting and family sessions for adolescents and their guardians.
• Offer individual DBT and DBT skills groups as required for adult clients.
• Assign DBT-related digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to bolster learning and track progress between sessions.
• Participate in weekly consultation team meetings and one-on-one consultations with a lead expert in DBT.
• Co-facilitate DBT skills groups alongside other DBT professionals.
• Engage in comprehensive training programs to refine clinical skills.
• Provide culturally sensitive care, taking into account how cultural backgrounds influence each individual's care experience.
• Clinicians must be eligible for PSYPACT, with a preference for those currently authorized under PSYPACT.
• Hold a PhD or PsyD in clinical, counseling, or school psychology from an accredited graduate institution.
• Formal training in DBT is mandatory (e.g., in-house training with a consultation team, tape review, one-on-one supervision; Behavioral Tech; DBT Foundational Training; DBT Intensive Training; DBT for Adolescents training).
• A minimum of one year of experience providing comprehensive DBT to both adolescents and adults is required.
• Availability to work part-time, approximately 24 hours a week.
• Willingness and capability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client scheduling requirements.
• DBT-LBC certification is preferred but not essential.
• Experience, comfort, and enthusiasm for working with clients exhibiting high-risk behaviors, including suicidal ideation and/or self-injury.
• Willingness to pursue cross-licensing in additional states as necessary to support program expansion.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual setting (video and teletherapy) is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer and live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.).
