
Licensed Customer Service Representative – Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to policyholder service inquiries via phone and email regarding certification, billing, policy changes, and more.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our systems.
• Achieve case volume targets established by Service Leadership.
• Maintain professionalism in all communications via phone and email.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of THREE’s products, processes, and compliance standards.
• Work collaboratively with teammates through phone, email, and Slack to address service requests and share knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center or a similarly dynamic customer service setting.
• Experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Active Commercial Property and Casualty license is required.
• Proficient computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Outlook, videoconferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Comfortable with new technology and eager to learn new systems swiftly.
• Capability to handle phone calls and respond to emails for up to 8 hours a day.
• Ability to receive and promptly implement coaching and feedback.
