This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Professionally and amicably manage incoming client phone calls.
β’ Assist clients with endorsements and modifications to auto, home, and other insurance policies.
β’ Provide thorough explanations regarding billing statements, payments, and account balances.
β’ Accurately and promptly process customer requests.
β’ Ensure adherence to state regulations and Allstate guidelines in all client interactions.
β’ Offer support to the agency team with administrative and service-related tasks as required.
β’ Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (mandatory).
β’ Previous experience in insurance customer service or a related field is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capacity to work autonomously while managing multiple responsibilities.
β’ Familiarity with basic computer systems and agency management software (training provided).
