Licensed Counselor – Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote mental health therapy to clients via BetterHelp.

• Develop a caseload through BetterHelp's client matching system.

• Provide services to both insurance and cash-pay clients.

• Conduct live therapy sessions.

• Establish an independent schedule and select your working hours.

• Concentrate on client care without the need for marketing a private practice or handling insurance administration.

• Offer therapy from a private, professional home setting.

• Maintain autonomy over clinical decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or another qualifying mental health field.

• A current independent clinical license allowing for unsupervised therapy provision.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling.

• Must be currently residing in the United States.

• Professional liability insurance is required.

• A reliable internet connection is necessary.

• A private, professional space for conducting virtual sessions.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• The license must permit independent mental health therapy without supervision.

• Interns and those who require supervision are not eligible.

• Substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, Christian counselors, and business coaches are ineligible unless they also possess a qualifying independent mental health license.
