Licensed Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapeutic counseling services and create treatment plans for a predominantly young adult demographic.

• Concurrently document and submit HIPAA-compliant records through TimelyCare's electronic health record system.

• Formulate and present treatment plans along with progress notes after each session.

• Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure seamless care continuity as necessary.

• Comply with established standards for documentation quality and adhere to the code of ethics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possess an active State License in Oregon, with additional state licenses being advantageous.

• Demonstrate strong skills in clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening.

• Have experience in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety/treatment planning.

• Background in delivering services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or a collegiate counseling setting.
