Licensed Clinical Supervisor – 1099 Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct weekly individual and group clinical supervision through telehealth technology, assisting supervisees in developing clinical skills and managing high-risk client situations.

• Regularly assess and electronically approve clinical documentation, including charts, diagnostic assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure adherence to Massachusetts DPH and MassHealth regulations.

• Engage in weekly collaborative discussions with the CEO, Operations Director, and the entire clinical team to ensure organizational coherence and resolve operational or intake issues.

• Create and lead a structured monthly clinical training session for staff and interns, concentrating on evidence-based treatment methodologies, crisis de-escalation techniques, or trauma-informed care practices.

• Guarantee that all clinical documentation, supervisee files, and remote operations comply with HIPAA privacy regulations and 130 CMR 429.000 standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active, unrestricted independent clinical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three (3) years of full-time post-licensure clinical experience, legally qualifying you as an Approved Clinical Supervisor according to Massachusetts state boards (e.g., 262 CMR 2.02).

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) with extensive experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) clinical software.

• Strong knowledge of the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) frameworks, Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) processes, and Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) compliance standards is strongly preferred.
