Licensed Clinical Social Worker, NJ & NY

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations that adhere to evidence-based practices.

• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to patients utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques.

• Exhibit proficiency as an individual, family, and group therapist.

• Pursue ongoing professional development as mandated by the licensing board.

• Complete necessary documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation promptly.

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the treatment team to address barriers to care.

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

• Show cultural competence and a strong commitment to diversity.

• Respond swiftly to urgent or emergency situations.

• Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients per week, with a minimum of 5 patients seen daily.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Medicaid Provider Number!!

• Must hold valid licenses in NY & NJ!!

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work is mandatory.

• Eligible social work experience for licensure requires at least 3000 hours of post-Master’s social work.

• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients is essential.
