Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW/LCMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough evaluations and create tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to tackle mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Ensure precise and prompt documentation of client progress and treatment results.

• Apply evidence-based methodologies to implement effective therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to improve clinical skills.

• Advocate for the needs of clients and connect them with available community resources.

• Take part in case reviews and assist in the development of program initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health environment.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.

• Compassionate attitude with a dedication to client-centered care.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
