Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists

• Provide oversight as they offer telehealth services to the Medicaid community

• Assist developing therapists in accumulating the clinical hours necessary for their full licensure

• Foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere within the practice

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work

• A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of Virginia

• Board approval to act as a clinical supervisor

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates to full licensure

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning according to Medicaid guidelines

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and various digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
