Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists.

• Offer oversight as they deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Mentor developing therapists and assist them throughout the licensure process.

• Ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations in documentation and treatment planning.

• Engage in fostering a collaborative atmosphere within the practice.

• Contribute to the professional development of therapists and enhance the organizational culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work.

• A valid LCSW license in good standing within the state of New York.

• Board approval to act as a clinical supervisor.

• Demonstrated experience in guiding associates to achieve full licensure.

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office environment for secure virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
