Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Supervise the clinical activities of Associate Therapists.

• Provide oversight as they deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Mentor and guide aspiring therapists, assisting them in accumulating clinical hours required for full licensure.

• Foster and develop the culture of our practice.

• Assist the next generation of therapists in their professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license in good standing within the state of Colorado.

• Board approval to act as a clinical supervisor is necessary.

• Proven experience in guiding associates to achieve full licensure.

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.

• Proficient in working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.

• A private, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for conducting confidential virtual sessions.

• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
