Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full Time or Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations in alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Provide counseling and therapy services to patients utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Exhibit proficiency as an individual, family, and group therapist.

• Uphold professional development as mandated by the licensing board.

• Complete necessary documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and execution promptly.

• Collaborate closely with patients, their families, and the team to address treatment challenges.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Show cultural competency and dedication.

• Respond promptly to urgent or emergency situations.

• Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients per week, with a minimum of 5 patients daily.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work is essential.

• A minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master’s social work experience is required for licensure.

• Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients is mandatory.

• Clinical Social Worker licensure is required in the state of practice (NJ).

• NJ Medicaid Provider Number is necessary.

• Familiarity with medical terminology is required.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential.

• A profound understanding of the psychosocial dimensions of health and illness is necessary.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.

• Excellent short-term counseling skills are expected.
