Licensed Clinical Social Worker, AZ License Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide direct counseling services to families, couples, and children, including patients, their parents, and/or siblings.

• Employ therapeutic methods from various disciplines, customized to meet the client's specific needs. This may encompass Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Collaborative Therapy, among others.

• Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and the families we serve. Engage actively with team members to ensure comprehensive support for the family and facilitate the sharing of information and ideas.

• Participate in family care meetings alongside other providers.

• Adhere to clinic policies and all applicable state, federal, and licensing board laws/requirements/regulations by promoting practices that comply with standards of care and ethical guidelines, including confidentiality and mandated reporting.

• Uphold – and encourage colleagues to uphold – organizational standards and policies.

• Ensure documentation and communication align with legal, ethical, and company standards.

• Team members may occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect patient information.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related area.

• You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification necessary for practice within your clinical domain and can obtain cross-state licensure in new states as required by business needs.

• You are well-versed in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches, including but not limited to cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.

• You demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client care and utilizing client feedback to enhance services.

• You possess an open-minded attitude and a desire to learn from other professional fields and knowledge bases, as well as local insights from colleagues and the families we serve.

• You have at least one year of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
