This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide brief, evidence-based virtual counseling sessions for individuals and/or groups with low to moderate acuity levels.
• Create, oversee, and document comprehensive treatment plans.
• Reference materials, such as the DSM, to accurately identify symptoms.
• Utilize clinical judgment within licensure scope while proactively supporting the behavioral health service line.
• Exhibit proficiency in both written and verbal communication, particularly in case formulation.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for outpatient medical records.
• Recommend hospitalization when necessary or assess a service member's fitness for duty.
• Participate in staff meetings to engage in case discussions and ongoing education.
• A Master's degree (or a higher degree) in social work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience as a Clinical Social Worker utilizing virtual platforms for bio-psychosocial evaluations.
• Ability to develop behavioral health treatment plans.
• Experience in administering Active Duty Profiles.
• Conduct Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) evaluations.
• Make fitness for duty determinations and provide psychotherapy.
• Possess a current, active, valid, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice Clinical Social Work, granted by a U.S. State.
