This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

• Conduct therapy sessions for clients without any administrative responsibilities.

• Manage a caseload that primarily consists of insured clients.

• Partner with clients to deliver ongoing support and guidance.

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD.

• Experienced Mental Health Therapist or Counselor with a dedication to assisting adults, couples, or teens.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in mental health counseling.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

• Possession of a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) allowing for unsupervised therapy.

• A private and professional setting for conducting therapy sessions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Professional liability insurance is required.

• Must have a reliable Internet connection.
