Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of approximately 15 to 22 sessions weekly.

• Deliver individual and family therapy via telehealth services.

• Conduct intake assessments and create client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the EHR system.

• Offer support to families through education, care coordination, and collaborative treatment approaches.

• Engage in clinical consultations and contribute to a high-quality care culture.

• Create a flexible schedule for weekday afternoons and evenings, typically from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM; weekend availability is an advantage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Dedication to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

• Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are highly preferred.
