Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct 15–22 telehealth sessions each week.

• Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults across Delaware.

• Perform comprehensive behavioral health evaluations.

• Create personalized, trauma-informed treatment strategies.

• Offer evidence-based therapy for individuals and families through secure telehealth platforms.

• Work in partnership with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation within the electronic health record.

• Assist families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care efforts.

• Establish a personal schedule while utilizing employer-provided referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active Delaware independent clinical license suitable for the position, such as LCSW, LPCMH, or LMFT.

• Have experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or a strong desire to serve this demographic.

• Ability to operate independently within a virtual setting.

• Exhibit strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities.

• Show commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care practices.

• Bilingual clinicians (English/Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.

• Availability primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings, from 2:00–9:00 PM ET.

• Part-time commitment for 15–22 telehealth sessions weekly.
