• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required, preferably in community mental health, integrated care, or related environments.

• Ability to provide therapy independently within a structured support framework.

• Strong clinical judgment in areas such as assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Excellent professional communication and collaboration skills with care teams.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools is essential.

• Must be committed to full-time employment and ensuring continuity of care.
