Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program.

• Offer mental health treatment to patients of all ages.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Collaborate with clients to reach their goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments.

• Identify mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Fulfill a commitment of 30 client care hours weekly, seeing around 6 clients each day.

• Be open to obtaining additional state licenses as Brave Health ventures into new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home environment that ensures privacy for patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure, including relevant credentials such as LCPC/LCSW/LISW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC/LPCC.

• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses as necessary.
