Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health care remotely from your home.

• Offer care to patients of all ages.

• Assist patients who are covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

• Complete around 30 client care hours each week, averaging 6 clients per day.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout your workday.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Identify mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create treatment plans.

• Support Brave Health’s growth by acquiring additional state licenses as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home environment ensuring privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure such as LCPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or LPCC.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses when necessary.

• Capability or willingness to complete 30 client care hours each week.
