Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment remotely from your home.

• Serve patients across various age groups.

• Complete 30 client care hours each week, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Perform thorough assessments.

• Diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their goals.

• Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Potentially acquire additional state licenses as Brave Health enters new markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A dedicated work-from-home environment with privacy for patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Proficient in using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Availability for a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm CT.

• Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients daily.

• Current full/independent clinical licensure in a relevant state.

• Experience working with patients who have chronic severe mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as necessary.
