This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Deliver intervention, evaluation/assessment, and individual, group, and family counseling to individuals impacted by behavioral health conditions, encompassing all outpatient treatment programs.
• Establish and sustain a community referral network.
• Offer education and training to individuals, groups, and agencies.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call duty once during each staff rotation as required.
• Adhere to all regulatory, contractual, and documentation standards while ensuring timely completion of necessary documentation and data collection.
• Engage in consistent collaboration and coordination of care across all Prairie Ridge services.
• Attend staff consultation, supervision, and training sessions.
• Meet minimum productivity hours as determined by the agency’s standards.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• For clinicians working with individuals who have a primary mental health diagnosis, a minimum of a master’s degree in behavioral healthcare and a full license as a LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist is required.
• A comprehensive understanding of Prairie Ridge's mission and the patients we serve.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong record-keeping abilities.
