This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy services to children, teenagers, families, and young adults.

• Perform clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning utilizing the Care Dashboard.

• Handle a caseload that aligns with the therapist's lifestyle, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours each week.

• Focus on low-acuity cases related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

• Optionally convert existing private clients to the platform for enhanced compensation rates.

• Select the ages and conditions treated to specialize in a preferred niche.

• Deliver care using engaging digital games and AI-supported documentation tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active, independent clinical license for the state of Arizona: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

• Strong background in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices provided through telehealth.

• Proficient in using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Fluency in Spanish is a considerable advantage.

• Required availability of at least 5 hours per week.

• Capability for 100% telehealth service delivery.

• Provisional or associate license holders are encouraged to apply through the designated application process.
