This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Broaden the appraisal network by accepting orders according to personal schedules.

• Operate autonomously with complete appraisal responsibilities.

• Partner with IVG for administrative assistance in scheduling and processing payments.

• Valid Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed).

• Current Errors & Omissions insurance that meets lender requirements.

• USPAP-compliant appraisal practice with a keen focus on quality and detail.

• Capability to execute residential appraisal assignments independently and with professionalism.

• Dependable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process.

• Familiarity with standard appraisal software and documentation (e.g., UAD-compliant reports).

• Ability to adhere to reasonable turnaround times while upholding quality standards.

• Professional demeanor when engaging with homeowners, agents, and lender partners.

• Access to reliable transportation and necessary tools for conducting field inspections.

• Willingness to fulfill IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements.
