Licensed Behavioral Mental Health Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain open communication channels for individuals facing mental or emotional challenges.

• Provide support to those dealing with mental and behavioral health issues.

• Deliver therapies that focus on prevention, including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, or psychoanalytic approaches.

• Formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

• Collaborate with our in-house Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, other treatment providers, and placement agencies.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.

• Complete all necessary online EHR training videos for this role (paid training typically ranges from 10 to 15 hours, depending on the provider).

• Prior experience in mental and behavioral health counseling or related fields is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to establish rapport with clients effectively.

• Strong leadership skills are essential.

• A Master's degree is mandatory.

• A Licensed or Clinically Licensed Professional credential is required.
