This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address a diverse range of technical challenges, effortlessly transitioning from routine support tickets to serving as an escalation resource for fellow technicians.
• Collaborate with the Project Team on intricate tasks, including the setup and configuration of firewalls.
• Act as the main liaison for clients, guaranteeing outstanding, clear, and positive communication from ticket initiation to resolution.
• Evaluate incoming requests, assign appropriate priorities and SLAs, ensure tickets are well-documented, and work with other departments to resolve non-reactive issues.
• Go beyond superficial fixes to uncover and address root-cause problems.
• Profound knowledge and hands-on expertise with Office 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Strong foundational networking abilities, including DNS, DHCP, and experience in configuring firewalls.
• Prior experience in a Managed Services environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Autotask, IT Glue, and DattoRMM is a significant advantage.
