Level 3 NOC Lead – Network Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides senior oversight and leadership in network engineering operations.

• Leads the Network Operations Center (NOC) team and assists with Level 1 and Level 2 triage.

• Acts as the main escalation point for network-related issues.

• Manages daily NOC operations, focusing on network monitoring, alert triage, and proactive remediation.

• Takes ownership of significant network incidents from detection to resolution.

• Offers network expertise for the Cyber Backup environment.

• Supervises network runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and configuration documentation.

• Provides daily technical mentorship and guidance to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Extensive knowledge in network engineering, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams in a 24x7 operational environment.

• Strong experience in incident management and operational reporting.

• U.S. Citizenship and residency are mandatory.

• Availability to work rotating shifts and support mission-critical operations.
