Lending Services & Delivery Partner – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients from the outset of the programme lifecycle — prior to contract signing — to define scope, align stakeholders, and establish a strong foundation for successful execution.

• Assume complete ownership of large-scale lending transformation initiatives across Commercial Lending, Development Banking, Mortgage, and Asset Finance sectors.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders, serving as the main point of accountability throughout the engagement.

• Create client-specific solutions that address their strategic goals — converting business requirements into actionable delivery roadmaps.

• Ensure programme delivery meets timelines, stays within budget, and adheres to quality standards that enhance SAP Fioneer's reputation and prepare the team for future engagements.

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Navigate complex EMEA regulatory and market landscapes, adjusting delivery strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and sales teams to ensure that solutions are technically robust and commercially feasible.

• Identify and proactively manage delivery risks across programmes, escalating issues when necessary with clear mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in the EMEA region, particularly in one or more of the following areas: Commercial Lending, Development Banking, Mortgage, or Asset Finance.

• Strong history of end-to-end programme management — from initial scoping to go-live — with full responsibility for quality, scope, and budget.

• Experience in building and leading high-performing delivery teams within complex, cross-functional settings.

• Demonstrated capability to engage and align C-level stakeholders, blending strategic advisory skills with hands-on delivery ownership.

• Solid comprehension of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design.

• Familiarity with EMEA regulatory and compliance standards relevant to lending.

• Experience with core banking or lending platforms; knowledge of SAP Fioneer solutions is a significant advantage.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — adept at functioning in a fast-paced, lean organization where initiative and judgment are crucial.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMEA region.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
