📋 Description

• Responsible for identifying, developing, piloting, and advancing innovative educational approaches, technologies, and learning formats

• Creation of a structured environment for exploration, experimentation, and prototyping

• Leading an interdisciplinary innovation team

• Collaborating closely with specialized departments for handover into regular operations

• Designing and managing pilot projects, tests, and prototypes

• Several years of experience in innovation, technology, or educational development contexts

• Strong skills in innovation and implementation

• High affinity for AI, learning technologies, and new educational formats

• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams

• Ability to simplify complexity and manage experiments in a structured manner

• Strong understanding of values

• Enthusiasm for curiosity, exploration, and collaborative learning processes

• Clear communication skills and the ability to inspire
