This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, coordinate, and implement onboarding programs for new hires in paralegal, legal assistant, and administrative positions.
• Create and update training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reference guides specifically for estate planning practice areas.
• Facilitate role-specific training sessions that cover firm systems, client intake processes, document preparation, and compliance standards.
• Monitor the progress of new hires through onboarding milestones and offer timely support and assistance.
• Review and evaluate recorded client meetings, internal calls, and consultations to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with firm standards.
• Provide structured and constructive written and verbal feedback to staff based on the reviews of recorded sessions.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance rubrics, scorecards, and evaluation frameworks that align with firm expectations.
• Collaborate with legal operations to identify inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest scalable improvements.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a senior paralegal and/or licensed attorney, specializing in estate planning (including wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney, or related fields).
• Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex legal concepts and procedures to staff with varying levels of experience.
• Experience in reviewing recorded meetings, calls, or work products for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide feedback in a professional and constructive manner.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced professional setting.
• Previous experience in a training, coaching, or legal operations role is preferred.
• Familiarity with practice management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics) and document automation tools is preferred.
• Experience in developing SOPs, training manuals, or quality assurance evaluation frameworks is preferred.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
